From 1 June 2026, customers with car rental pickup in Funchal city centre should go to the following address:

This address will apply to all reservations where the selected pickup location is Funchal center.
Airport Reservations Remain the Same
This change only affects customers who selected Funchal center as their pickup location.
All reservations for Madeira Airport pickup remain exactly the same. Customers with airport pickup are not affected by this office change and should continue to follow the instructions provided in their booking confirmation.
If your reservation is for Madeira Airport, no action is required.
